Most recruiters realize that the typical approach for screening and qualifying a candidate who is actively seeking new employment is vastly different from the approach required when contacting passive candidates.
For best results, when contacting passive candidates that you've either sourced yourself or have obtained from one of our Passive Candidate Names Reports, we suggest using an email or phone script similar to the one below.

We're searching for a highly experienced Director of Process Engineering.
