The IT industry is hiring Big- Time!!
Well the floodgates of jobs available in Delhi's IT industry have just become wider. What are IT companies looking for? Are you ready for your dream job in Delhi?? Going by conservative estimates, the pace with which IT industry is hiring is only likely to multiply in the future. With an estimated 1.5 lakh jobs in the offing this year in India!

IT Jobs in Delhi are the fast growing opportunity of jobs available in Delhi. The top IT companies with prospective hiring activities are Greenfield Online, they have been providing internet survey solutions and are growing at a fast pace, Cityxsys Technologies has set up a Global Competence Center (GCC) in New Delhi being one of the largest service partners for SAP business, Accenture is one of the world's leading management consulting, technology services and outsourcing companies, Satyam Computer Service Ltd. is a global IT consulting and services provider, IBM is India's largest MNC employer with over 38,500 employees, Advance Computer Services Limited (ACS) has earned a reputation as a premier global provider of efficient and cost-effective solutions and services in the fast-paced and ever-changing information technology.

According to a recent survey conducted by Manpower Inc, a global recruitment consultancy firm, strong hiring has been predicted in sectors like finance and insurance as well as real estate. Since the IT element in these verticals is significantly high, job prospects would remain high. Banking, finance and insurance-related work within the IT sector is definitely something to watch out for.

Interestingly, hiring is not only limited to Indian IT majors, MNCs are also playing the number game and showing the art of scaling up. Technology MNCs like IBM, Accenture, HCL infinet, HP have reported a rapid growth.

As opportunities in the IT sector continue to come by the dozens, graduates can definitely en-cash by keeping themselves updated about the trends in this business. There is a lot of emphasis on Academics of candidates & reputation of college from where he has passed out. Now companies' don't prefer to hire candidate who do not have sufficient technical qualification." He adds, "Java/J2EE has been an all time favorite for most of IT MNCs but recent developments in Mobile & Telecom field has attracted many MNCs to start their R&D Centers in India. These companies are aggressively hiring candidates qualified in C/C++, protocols, DSP etc." If you are a degree holder from a reputed institute, you will surely be hand picked by the top IT firms.

The high attrition rate has led IT companies to offer lucrative packages to retain employees. Daily pick up and drop for all employees from their residence and back, free lunch & snacks on all working days, attractive Insurance Schemes, company leased accommodation, car Lease, ESOPS etc. are being offered by all major IT companies.

Thus, making the profession handsomely paid!

Information technology in Delhi is at the core of the current process of economic globalization and will therefore keep steady its steep growth in years ahead!
