The feel good factor
By Anjlina Croft
"I wish I looked different." Sounds familiar? Ofcourse it does!
The world today is obsessed with looking good. For every man, looking good is what Brad Pitt epitomizes and for every women Angelina Jolie fits the profile.
But what makes ordinary men and women fall short of attaining that stature is their lack of determination. In theory, everyone wants to sport a muscular body, put on the best clothes and walk the red carpet once in a while. But when it comes to getting there, at least the 'getting fit and staying healthy part', most don't have the patience, discipline and the grit.
While looking at these chiseled actors and actresses, it is often easy to credit the genes for giving them their features. But that is not always true. What everyone fails to notice is the amount of hard work they put into getting fit and staying in shape. The sacrifices they make and lifestyle choices they stick too.
A good looking body is not given! Biologically speaking, the body has been designed to store fat as energy for the 'leaner months'. This is because, in the course of evolution, the body has adapted to every minor change so as to keep itself alive at all costs.
But times have changed, but old habits still remain the same!
People today are addicted to food, most of what is junk. Smoking and alcohol are still en vogue and there is no discipline whatsoever. With these choices, it is but natural that most people are far from looking good; instead, they are what are termed as overweight and obese. No wonder, there is so much whining and crying about how good Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie looks while what people see in the mirror represent
a parody of that.
Honestly speaking, today obesity is far deadlier than any disease, because it marks the first step towards health deterioration. An overweight and obese body acts as a haven for all types of ailments that slowly but steadily contaminate the body from inside. Moreover, the irony of the situation is that every fat person is aware of the severity of the condition, but somehow they not doing anything about it. They even know the remedies that can spring them back from this condition like proper exercise and a 'controlled' balanced diet.
Statistically speaking, overeating is the single dominant cause responsible for bulking people. Children, adults and old people, nobody can escape it. No wonder, most of the adolescent population of the world has a body fat percentage of more that 25 percent labeling them as overweight and obese.
By the looks of it, the fast food joints and other unhealthy restaurants are not going to rein their assault. Therefore, to counter it, there can be no other alternative other than diet pill like Phentermine that help control appetite. Yes, exercise and good diet are better options, but who is willing to do that. Like discussed, there is abundance of lack of will power and patience!
Moreover, at the end of it, the war is against obesity, and whatever helps in fighting it, has to be implemented. And right now, diet pills like Phentermine seems like the best available option.
In reality, the most effective ways to lose weight and show-off those lean muscles is by going to the gym and eating healthy. However, as that method has been tried and failed, it is quite logical to look at other avenues that are easier to follow. In that context, diet pills seem quite relevant. And leading the way is Phentermine. About the Author Anjlina Croft is an associated editor to the website http://www.prescriptionsfirst.com. It's a online pharmacy company.
