Organizational Culture and its Importance

Organizational culture comprises the attitudes, experiences, beliefs and values.
Work-groups or teams within -organizations have their own behavioral quirks and interactions, which, to an extent, affect the whole system. These behavioral quirks are termed Organizational Culture.
