Motorola Razr V3
By Bob
The Motorolaa Razr V3 is the first ultra-slim, metal-clad flip phone from Motorola. The phone supports GSM quadband (850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900) and GPRS (Class 10) for data connectivity.
The phone's built-in VGA camera is able to take photos at 3 resolutions of up to 640 x 480 px with with 4x zoom.
Mobiledia reviews the Razr V3 and notes the camera: "As mentioned earlier, the camera lens is mounted above the external display. Users will be able to capture images at 3 resolution qualities: MMS (160 x 120 px), Medium (320 x 240 px), and High (640 x 480 px).
Get closer to the action with the V3's 4X digital zoom. Regrettably, the V3 doesn't use optical zoom, which is true zoom. Digital zoom merely enlarges by increasing picture size much like editing images on a PC. Photos taken with the RAZR V3's internal camera may not be high enough in resolution for quality photo prints.
Take self-portraits with ease with the RAZR V3's "Smart Key." Upon pressing it, the viewfinder switches from the internal to the external display, so users can watch the external viewfinder while aiming the camera lens.
Additionally, the RAZR V3 has a decent set of features bundled with the camera. Auto-Timed Capture allows users to take those large group shots. While image correction functions such as Lighting Conditions (Sunny, Cloudy, Indoor Home, Indoor Office, Night, etc.) and Exposure Correction gives users complete control of resulting pictures.

Most phones on the market today have post-imaging filters such as artistic effects (Black and White, Sepia, Solarization, and Negative modes) or fun frames to border photos. Tools that allow creative photographers to add a touch of personality right on the phone.
Photos captured with the V3 are in JPEG format. Multimedia can be sent in text messages, as email attachments, or transferred to PC via Bluetooth connection or cable.
With a built-in camera, users will be able to take photos while on the move. All images are saved in the Picture Album where they can be viewed as a slideshow at a later time."
