If you need to find information about someone that you just can't get using Google or a regular search engine, an online people search service is the fastest and most convenient way to do it.
Unfortunately with hundreds of people search services to choose from, finding the one that provides the best service for your money can be a challenge
But fear not... we've gone to great lengths to put these services to the test... and determine once and for all which of these programs provide the most accurate results, are the easiest to use, and get you exactly the information you need in the fastest amount of time.
How Programs are evaluated
The way we evaluate each service is simple: We perform searches and background checks on our staff members and individuals who have given us permission to look them up.
This way it is fairly easy to verify whether or not the information provided was correct... and just how much information each service provides.
We also conduct searches on individuals we don't know so well... individuals with known criminal records. We compile a list of criminals from recent newspaper reports in order to ensure the services we test provide information that is accurate and up-to-date. With this information in hand it's easy to see which services update their databases regularly, and which ones don't.
Our Shocking Discovery
Not surprisingly, we found that most of the services we tested simply did not provide us with the information that they claimed they would.
The majority of the services gave us little more than the name itself... often with an address that was outdated or incorrect. With claims of being able to provide us with full employment history, criminal records, credit history, and much more, we were sad to see that in most cases after all was said and done, we could have found the same information in the local phone book!
Although most of the services we reviewed fell short of our expectations, we did manage to find a few programs that truly stood out from the crowd. These gave us nearly all the information we were looking for... including extensive contact info (email addresses, phone numbers, and both work and home addresses), criminal records, credit history, residential history, and extensive employment history.
