Our Newest Additions Are Just For The Kids

February 8, 2006---GoCeilingMedallion.com has added ceiling medallions from the Marie Ricci Collection of unique décor for the home, garden, and children's rooms to their online store. Each Marie Ricci Collection ceiling medallion is carefully reproduced in cast resin from hand-carved originals and painstakingly hand-painted by the artist. Every ceiling medallion in the Marie Ricci Collection is also available as a chandelier medallion with a 3" center hole. They are available in a variety of colors as well as with either a solid or distressed finish. Paulette Marie Bourgeois Ricci "creates every design in the collection and hand-finishes every piece, so no two are exactly the same. Each piece is truly unique."
Marie Ricci Collections began when a friend asked Marie to carve her a plaque for her nursery. Since then the collection has grown to include monogram letter plaques, ceiling medallions, chandelier medallions, children's mirrors, pineapple plaques, exterior letter plaques, welcome plaques, and children's wall clocks.
GoCeilingMedallion.com will feature the collections of ceiling medallions and chandelier medallions from Marie Ricci. These ceiling and chandelier medallions have whimsical names such as Bunnies, Butterfly Garden, Bubbly Fish, Ladybugs, Laugh-Play-Sing-Dance, and Twinkle, Twinkle.
The Marie Ricci Collection was featured on Tampa's "Baby on the Way", a feature of News Channel 8, on October 19, 2005. A Marie Ricci accent plaque can be seen in the Spring, 2004 issue of Kid's Rooms. "Designers love the Marie Ricci Collection-for children's rooms, nurseries, or home exteriors or garden walls." In fact, the Monogram Plaque was seen on an episode of the Oprah Winfrey Show in 2003. A designer used it in a nursery for a husband surprising his wife.
