Getting paid at home

By Kinney Dancair

No one could deny how pervasive and widespread work at home job advertisements are nowadays. You can find them everywhere. From street alleys to highways, from telephone poles to newspapers and even on your mobile phone or your personal PC. While some people are enthralled and fascinated by this type of offer, I've got to say this – watch out!
The problem is that many of the people promoting these work at home opportunities are actually more interested in taking your money than helping you earn it. Most of the companies require you to shell out an exorbitant amount of money just to complete some pointless process that they call "registration". Other companies will invite you to pay them for something called "tutorial software." Others may also ask you to pay hundreds of dollars for what they call "earnest money." In order to ease your troubled mind, they promise to refund you after a month, are they serious? It can be difficult to tell the bad companies from the good ones.
Mostly, their description for these work from home online jobs is simple: type words on your computer and make money. They promise to send you free software once they have proven you. They also pledge future promotions to glamorous titles like "supervisor" or "manager." What a pleasant life you will have. You can have the easy life, just give them a credit card number.
It is sad to think how dreadful our society's job industry has become. Unfortunately, people who are just looking for a way to make an honest living paid for their desire by being robbed. It is time for people to be vigilant and careful to avoid these schemes. Not only may they lose hundreds or thousands of dollars to these scams but they may also lose their precious time and hope to the devouring monster of greed.
