Procrastination ? Attitude Determines Destiny.

By Gary Mutton.

As a teenager in the 60's, I saw a movie, starring Sidney Poitier.
"To Sir With Love"
The theme of the movie was a New teacher at a Secondary School in London's notoriously Tough East End.

In those time's in the East End, if you had no academic qualification you were most likely to become a Barrow boy (Street Market Trader) or a docker at the then thriving London Docks.

The new teacher was faced with a class of unruly teenager's in their final year of school (leaving age then in England was 15) with
no academic qualifications they faced a bleak depressing future.

The teacher knew he would not be able to aspire them to academic greatness, so he concentrated on trying to impress upon them some
"life lessons" to better prepare them for life after school.

The impression that one of the character's, a pupil, made on me has stayed with me all my life.

When this boy failed to attend school for a while, the teacher looked for him at the local market, where the boy's father worked. When he
saw the boy, he said to him that it was important that he comes back to school so he could help him to prepare for his life.

The boy said to him. "What do I want to go to school for? I got me own Barra' ain't I"

This really epitomised to me the extent of his ambition. He had been given his own market barrow by his market trading family, and cannot
see any further than following in the footsteps of his father and his father before him.

My point, why tell you this story ?

If you want to be successful in your life you have to look beyond your own pre-conceptions.

There is no magic formula. No getting rich for doing nothing. No big secret to success.

You have to take the bull by the horns and have a go. it will take many hours of work and there is a lot to learn. You will make mistakes
along the way but you must be consistent and stick at it.

As they say. "Nothing ventured, nothing gained". You will not be alone.
See you at the top.

I am no expert, but I don't want to be a
barrow boy for ever. I first began marketing on the Internet three
years ago.

I am not rich yet, but I still believe that I can achieve my goals in my business venture's and I will never quit.
