Buy gifts for bride and ushrers: Well, you would like to gift something special to your bride. You can gift her anything that would make her feel loved and cared for. You can buy a pendant, book or else paint something for her. You would also like to say thank you to your bestman and ushrers for their support. You can think of gifting them with pens, photo frames or CD.
Buy formal attire: You need to buy formal attire for yourself. Formal or semi formal weddings held after 5 p.m. require a tuxedo. For a very formal wedding, you may be required to wear a black tailcoat with black trousers. Remember that your suit should be well tailored and should make you feel comfortable.
Start taking care of your appearance: You would definitely like to look in perfect shape on your wedding day. You can consider joining gym to shed out that extra flab. Remember that beauty is not a prerogative of women. Men also have an equal right to look and feel good about themselves. You can start taking beauty treatments like facials and manicure for that perfect groom image on wedding day.
Show understanding to your lady: Marriage is a time of immense pressure for the couple. There would be issues where both of you would disagree regarding marriage preparations. Show understanding to resolve the issues. Whisper the three golden words whenever she is stressed out. Remember that she just needs listening and understanding from you.
Dispatch the invites: You should dispatch the invites in time so that the guests get time to organise their schedules and are attend the ceremony with ease.
Organising the transportation: You need to organise the transport for guests, ushrers and others, from church and reception.
Get your wedding insured: It is going to be one of the most lavish functions of your life. It is a good idea to get the wedding insured in case some untoward incident pops up and ruins the entire efforts.
Be relaxed on the D-day: Just relax and enjoy your day. Remember, man proposes and god disposes. So be prepared for the unpredictable without taking stress.
