By george
Marriage is a special day for both the bride and the groom. However, it has been found that groom's preferences and desires regarding this special day is generally not given much thought. In reality, groom is as excited about the day as his bride is but the traditional patriarchal set up does not allow him to give expressions to his feelings. In the following article, we hope to provide frank discussion for the 'would be grooms' who are ready to tie the nuptial knot with their sweet hearts. The discussion is on what should they do for marriage party.
Planning: After you have popped up the question and have received your Lady's nod you need to start with planning. The date, venue, caterers, band, photographer and florists are some of the areas that you need to look after. You can decide on your dream wedding by incorporating the your opinion and your would be. You might even consider hiring a wedding co-ordinator for that might reduce half of your planning dilemmas. Wedding co-ordinator can offer you new ideas regarding the venue as well the celebrations. Remember proper planning and adequate money would ensure a lavish dream wedding.
Budget: No matter how rich you are, allocating a specific fund for your wedding and planning your expenses is a good idea.
Prepare the guest list: Wedding is once in a life time event and you would like to be surrounded with all your near and dear ones. Prepare the guest list and consult your lady and in-laws as they would be the ones who would be footing the bill. Even If you are jointly hoisting the wedding reception it is always good to seek your Lady's opinion.
Buy engagement ring: Proclaim your love for your lady by buying the exquisite ring for her. Diamonds are still considered a woman's best friend. So, if money is available then buy the most beautiful ring available in the town and floor her with your love.
Decide on your Bestman and Ushers: Choose your closest friend or family member on whom you rely the most as your bestman. Bestman also shoulders the responsibility of organising your stag party. He is one who toasts you and your bride at the wedding reception. Ushrers are also the integral part of the ceremony. They often stand at the front of the church during the ceremony and are responsible for making the seat arrangements for the guests at the reception.
