Eat raw foods and live longer

By Clint Jhonson

In general, all beings, apart from humans, eat living foods as yielded by Nature. Because humans cook their food, they suffer widespread sickness and ailments. When raw foods are cooked, they lose their nutritional value long before dry ashes results, because of the process of cooking by heat.

It is well known that people who eat raw foods are more alert, they think more clearly and more logically, and become more attractive to other humans. A raw food diet radically naturalizes the body and puts it back in touch with the spiritual and material flow of nature.

When talking about natural diets, a lot of people refer to eating less fat food or food with no carbohydrates, but the only natural diet someone can have is a raw food diet, because the basis of human nourishment is raw plant food.

If you want to find out how damaging cooked food is to humans, it will take only a minute to realize it, by putting your hand into boiling water for a moment or on a hot stove. By subjecting them to a process of cooking, raw foods become toxic and this is confirmed by the doubling and tripling of white blood cells after eating a cooked meal. The white cells are popularly know as "the immune system.", and they are the first line of defence against any harmful substances.

On the matter of raw foods versus cooked foods, ample investigations have been made. All of them have shown that cooking generates mutagens and carcinogen in food, that proteins begin coagulating and deaminating at cooking temperatures, that vitamins are quickly destroyed and that minerals lose their organic context and are returned to their native state.

We should all be aware that the quality of the nutrients we put into our bodies determines the quality and the longevity of our lives. Maybe the choice of a raw food diet is not an easy one, especially for people who were taught all their lives to believe that the healthy way of living is by eating cooked foods. How can we undertake such a complete transformation? First of all, we need to learn more about raw foods and the raw food diet, and today this is easily done by asking either a nutritionist doctor or by going online and visiting the multitude of websites, such as rawbakery.com, where pieces of advice concerning a healthier living are not the sole information you can find: you can even purchase raw foods for a healthy raw food diet.

The second step is to try and adjust your body's needs, and realize how much better living food eaters go through life, basically sickness-free. A raw food diet is not only healthy for yourself, but for your entire family and friends. Eating uncooked foods doesn't mean you have to endure disgusting meals; on the contrary, the various range of endless possibilities of creative and delicious foods make the raw food diet very easy to follow; and it can be enjoyed even by children.

So take a step towards your health and a longer life and adjust your diet in order to make it more natural and easy going on your body, and then start enjoying the advantages of a cleaner and happier life. By adding a moderate amount of physical exercise to your daily routine and a consistent amount of liquids you can now forget about being depressed, stressed and constantly tired and enjoy every minute of your life.
