Xenical hits at the root of fat

Talk to a doctor first before taking this pill. The normally recommended dosage is one 120-mg capsule. Take it orally with a liquid at each principal meal that contains fat or three times in a day. While you are on xenical medication, take a low calorie diet. But always remember to take a daily multi vitamin supplement of vitamins D, E, and K. Because Xenical interferes with the normal absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, you may not lose on the benevolent effects of vitamins. Also, remember to restructure your daily diet plan. Diet and regular exercise are the time tested methods of keeping fit. Xenical is not a magic pill. The use of xenical must only be for supporting these. When all three; diet, exercise and xenical work together, the person loses weight at a faster rate.
