It's Good To Be Selfish About Your Health

By Chris C.

Weren't we taught to share?

Isn't that what we learned in kindergarten?

Or from our family?

Well, I've got some great news for those people who like to be a little selfish (and even for those who aren't).

When it comes time to lose weight and improve your health…

It's good to be selfish.

Dang good.

Let me explain…

When I talk in terms of "selfish", I am talking in terms of looking out for number one first.

And that means you.

Because if you don't look out for yourself in this process, no one is going to do it for you.

Not your doctor, your nutritionist, your friends……..not even your family.

Nope.

You may not believe me now……

But you will see.

You are going to have to be selfish and take time for yourself to get in the shape that you want to be in.

Take time to exercise.

Take time to cooking your own meals to eat right.

Take time to think about your plan of action.

Take time to implement your plan.

You have to be selfish.

Sounds a little wrong doesn't it???

That's OK, whoever questions you (and if they are truly behind you, they shouldn't)…

Tell them that I said it's OK.

And go back to implementing your plan.

Don't ever, ever, ever (do I need to say it more?) rely on anybody else getting YOU in shape.

It's up to you.

And that's the great thing.

Because that means that YOU fully control where you want to be in life.

Want to blast the fat off your body?

It's up to you.

Want to lose weight?

It's up to you.

Want to build muscle fast?

It's up to you.

Some people don't realize how powerful this little idea can be.

But since you have complete control over your fitness…you have the ability and power to be selfish and realize all of your goals.

Hey, you can admit, it feels good to be a little selfish sometimes, doesn't it?

I see you smiling and nodding your head in agreement.

And when it comes to your health and fitness, now is the time to be selfish…

Don't worry, you can continue being unselfish in all of the other parts of your life.

But for now, it's time to make time to eat right, exercise the right way, and lose weight and improve your health.

Take heed, and get in shape the "right way" by being selfish and by going to http://www.fitnesswithchris.com

You won't regret it.

I'll talk to you soon.
