Then, install the unit ensuring that it is fitted snugly. Lastly, the hose must then be replaced and the clamp secured. For carbureted engines, the first step involves removing the wing nut from the air cleaner housing. Then, the top of the housing must be removed to facilitate the installation of the unit. To finish it off, the air cleaner top cover must be fastened tightly over the air cleaner top.
