In response to the obesity spreading, many medicinal, dietary and lifestyle means have been created to help people overcome excessive weight. Dieting plans usually require certain changes in the meal ration as well as in attitude to the food, called to reduce the consumption of fats and high-caloric products. It is sometimes rather difficult to follow the diet plans, because some of them are rather time and cost-consuming.

The other way to manage overweight and overcome obesity is special medications, among which Xenical is the most popular and approved by Food and Drug Administration.

In order to manage weight with the help of Xenical pills, one should not harshly change his lifestyle or his usual meal ration. So, it makes fighting with excessive kilos more tolerant and easy to maintain.

It is known that major contributor to the excessive weight is fat, that we consume with food products. Let us look at the mechanism of transforming fat from food into the fat on human body.

Xenical breaks this line by blocking part of lipases in stomach. As the result, the fats in foods can not be hydrolyzed and consequently can not be absorbed by human body.

Working in the described manner, Xenical can block up to 30 % of fats that are delivered into human organism with food. So, people, taking Xenical, may continue eating fatty foods for some time, but they should gradually decrease the amount of fats in order to stop gaining weight and start losing it.
