I Stopped Smoking In One Day - The Day I Found The Terrorist Inside Me!

Everything in this article is my personal viewpoint based on my own experiences! We are so weak and fragile, running around like robots and not really improving ourselves. Everything in this article is my personal viewpoint based on my own experiences!

We are so weak and fragile, running around like robots and not really improving ourselves. This is what we should learn in the first grade. What should be the most important goal is to be a better human, not a workaholic!

I pity anyone who abuses his or her body by smoking, drinking excessively, etc. I am sure everyone recognizes their category! We do not live long enough to learn and change by ourselves. We are controlled by our hypnotizing society! If nothing else, this should be food for thought! At this moment, most of us are "self-terrorist hijacked," but unfortunately, we do not realize it!

My experience with smoking almost left me breathless! Thanks to my multiple experiences trying to hypnotize myself and meditate, I finally understand what it really takes to quit!

There are little terrorists inside of us controlling our emotions, our needs, and our desires! An inner terrorist will keep us smoking even if we hypnotize ourselves or meditate numerous times, not letting us quit. Can we overcome or talk reasonably with these terrorists? The answer is yes!

There is hope, but a lot of noise along the way. First, you need to find them! How? Hypnosis and meditation are two possibilities, but just being honest with yourself would do the trick. Hypnosis seems to be a great tool for those who are really confused. What seems to be the biggest problem is thinking during the session. My thoughts would go in so many directions that I would never actually become hypnotized. This is where your hard work comes into play!

Of course, you need to convince yourself to set some time aside, but this is a big problem too! Another terrorist taunts you, asserting that hypnosis and meditation are a waste of time and make you look stupid. The answer is to filter out the excess noise and convince yourself that self abuse is bad. You will succeed no matter what your vice is! Noise is our thinking misdirected during hypnosis or meditation. I was not able to really hypnotize myself until I understood that my misdirected thoughts would put every session to waste.

I am telling you now this is your first challenge! What a shortcut! It took me a few sessions to figure this out, and I only realized this after I succeeded! Humans have lived on this planet for millennia and are still abusing themselves! I was like a fly bouncing against the glass but not getting through!

Then, when you perceive and conquer your misdirected thoughts, you need to get to the point where you feel and know abuse is bad for you and convince the terrorists inside you. Most of the smokers know it, but still smoke – because we are all terrorized but do not know it! This is our human handicap, and we need to rid ourselves of it right away! We need to place the human race on the right track and make positive changes!

Once you convince your inner terrorists that self abuse is bad, you can give up any vice. Just learn why self abuse is bad for you, accept it as common sense, and then, your inner terrorists will no longer misdirect your thoughts. The moment you truly understand a vice, you have stopped it! Now, you have eliminated that terrorist; but wait, there are more of them. Overweight, overstressed, other problems? NO PROBLEM!!! You just need to recognize and destroy your inner terrorists one by one!

What a perfect human race we would be! I discovered that hypnosis is a great way to enhance meditation. You can use hypnosis to enter your mind. Once there, you can release the old thinking patterns. Do it multiple times to try and memorize the experience. Once you have done that and your mind is clear, just convince yourself that self abuse is bad. Simple! This is the only way to awaken to your higher good, and healing is an awakening to who we are, isn't it? Yes it is!
