The Outer Banks is a place where pleasure is sought and found, where old mixes with new. The history, from the lighthouses to the wild horses, is a tangible presence and the ocean isn't too shy either. Corolla, the northernmost accessible town on the Outer Banks, is a good place to hang your hat.
