The weather is nice and pleasant year round, providing a solid foundation for the range of activities to be enjoyed during every season. Like California and other dependable vacation destinations, in Rosarito Beach there is an atmosphere of constant movement, vibrancy, and the air is charged with an everlasting energy. From sports to theme parks, shopping to music, there's a lot going on in this appealing town.

Start off by hitting the beach – the dream of any cold-weather suffering, landlocked citizen longing to achieve a place in the sun, if only for a few blessed days. Surfing lessons are popular, as are fishing, hang gliding, and snorkeling. Bring lots of sunscreen and your best couple of swimsuits, because these will become your uniform for the bulk of your trip. This movie park takes visitors behind the scenes of filmmaking, spilling a few secrets and fanning the flames of big screen fascinations. Titanic was filmed at the nearby Fox Studios, as were a handful of other movies. Seeing this scene is a thrill for any and all drama and popcorn-loving people.

When the sun goes down the fun continues, as another California tradition – partying – comes into play. From classy clubs to laid-back bars, there are several nightlife choices. Close to a hundred restaurants are on hand to tantalize your taste buds, and be especially sure that you sample a lobster dinner at least once. Puerto Nuevo, nicknamed "Lobster Village," won't disappoint even the pickiest palates.

Several spas will ensure that no one leaves with a lingering tension in their muscles; go ahead, pamper yourself to a massage or facial while you're here. The Rosarito walking tour comes highly recommended to those interested in learning the names and significance of the most interesting sites, and finally, it would be best not to leave without talking a clichéd yet sure to be enjoyable walk on the beach at sunset.
