Asperger Syndrome In Teens


Asperger syndrome is came in knowledge by, Hans Asperger (1906-1980), an Austrian psychiatrist and pediatrician, who first published about Asperger syndrome in a paper in 1981. Asperger Syndrome was recognized by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV) as Asperger's Disorder in 1994. Asperger Syndrome is a neurobiological disorder that is characterized by deficiencies in social and communication skills. Some researcher feel that Asperger Syndrome is the same as High Functioning Autism, while others feel that it is better described as a Nonverbal Learning Disability.
