Version 2.0 of AKVIS Sketch offers you yet more opportunities. The Photoshop batch mode support introduced in the new version allows you to automatically convert a series of images, thus making comics from films! Just create in Photoshop an Action that uses the plugin and apply the same settings to a folder full of images. It can be fun to create comics from home videos!

In version 2.0 the installation procedure for Macintosh has been optimized. Sketch is now automatically copied into the PlugIns folder of image editors installed on a computer.

You can use Sketch in many ways. Surprise your friends and relatives by presenting them their pencil portraits. Make a watercolor drawing out of a photo from your last nature shooting to decorate your room. Convert your own photo into a color sketch to print on a T-shirt. Create a comic out of your party videos.

In contrast to the similar standard filters (like the built-in filters in Photoshop or PSP) that offer an approximate sketch, AKVIS Sketch provides a convincing result that comes very close to hand-drawn works of a human artist.

AKVIS Sketch plugin is compatible with Adobe Photoshop and Photoshop Elements, Corel Painter, Corel Photo-Paint, and Paint Shop Pro, etc. AKVIS Sketch runs on Windows and on Mac OS X.
