Organising to exhibit at an exhibition can be more than simply renting a stand and then turning up on the day. There are many things you need to consider including:
 
- Ensuring that your staff members are well trained and prepared for the show

You need ALSO to think about things such as design, installation, providing water and flowers on your stand, installing AV systems, installing Plasma screens, internet connections, stand breakdown and storage. There is in other words, a lot to think about if you are to maximise the benefits you seek to gain at an exhibition. Exhibiting is not the cheapest form of marketing but face-to-face marketing at exhibitions, where trade and the public may be present, can be one of the most effective.
