Nokia N93: Unparalleled potential

By Grace Lewis

The Nokia N93 is an overwhelmingly loaded gizmo and it is one of the most feature-laden phones available in the market. With a 3.2 megapixel camera and Carl Zeiss optics, the Nokia N93 is bit different than cheap plastic lens camera phones. Besides that, its camcorder includes a RealVideo player with another VGA camera, which is used for video calling. Moreover, the Nokia N93 is UPnP and PictBridge compatible phone and also offers high definition video.

Things are really getting more and more simpler with the advent of highly capable mobile phones, but the Nokia N93 cannot be used as a PC modem, although it does support WiFi capabilities. There is another way, as you can connect your Nokia N93 with your home network or with another free Internet sport to stream all your favourite music, movies, and photos.

You can also share these things either from the any other compatible phone or via Internet using SimpleCenter software. Well, this software is a popular 'pull-only' software. It allows you to pull all your favourite content such as multimedia content, music, pictures or movies to your Nokia N95. Moreover, the Nokia N95 also comes with a USB data cable, which allows you to transfer all the data by being physical.

The Nokia N93 is quite capable of making video calls, but this facility does not come easy. All you have to do is to get access to a UMTS network and you can only make these calls with someone having a video call capable phone. Though, either you want to make a video call or a voice call, you would be asked every time by the Nokia N93 and this really prove irksome for the users. Thus, every time you choose to make a call, you have to choose between the video and voice calling.

Various other multimedia software programs are stuffed in the Nokia N93 such as Nokia Music Manager, Adobe Premiere Elements 2.0 and Nokia Lifeblog 2.0. Though, all these software programs are capable to do wonders with your mobile life, but you need to learn them prior to move further. Undoubtedly, the Nokia N93 is full of possibilities, but you need enough time to learn the basics about various features.
