The advances made by the Internet technology gave free access to all kinds of information. Today we can find basically anything we want on the Internet. It is easy to go online and check out the weather, sports results and of course find new sources of entertainment.
The idea of entertainment depends on the person looking for it. Sometimes it may be a movie, or maybe a just a funny video. Because fun is the main thing people are in desperate search of. Life is serious as it is and we, as an over-stressed generation, feel the acute need to have fun in various ways.
When it comes to means of having fun, the Internet offers plenty of opportunities. You can start with hilarious greeting cards and make a joke on one of your friends. Use a good search engine and locate links for those funny videos you just love. But the most interesting concept used by a lot of website designers is ugliness and the comic effect it can have.
Many of the subjects that were once taboo are today some of the most exploited concepts in the world when it comes to strange yet amusing websites. People are not stopping any more to wonder if it is bad or not, they just want to have fun without wanting to hurt anyone on purpose.
Without any doubt, the idea of photos with fat, weird or ugly people created a lot of controversies. But the truth is that there are millions of people accessing this kind of websites daily and having a lot of fun while doing it.
Sure, these pictures are stupid. Still, they manage to capture somehow the vices of the society we live in. Unfortunately, we are not very good at caring for ourselves and our planet. We tend to overeat, to abuse of alcohol and overuse the natural resources given to us. This is what these pictures are all about. If we are not conscious about what harms us, then the least we could is to have fun.

The category of pictures regarding ugly women includes the most common problems that women are trying to fix and that basically refers to the weight problem. Let's face it., obesity is a health raising issue worldwide.
Sometimes when we look at these pictures with ugly people we wonder if they are true. Well, most of them are. But you are likely to find some websites using certain programs in order to transform photos of normal people in ugly people. So be careful and do not let yourself be fooled.
The photos of ugly women and those of ugly people in general include sometimes commentaries that come only to add up to the already existent irony. The most important thing is to acknowledge that these photos are there to make someone see the funny side of the tragic, not to make fun of the people having those flaws.
The true ugly women are ugly on the inside. These photos are posted every day online because there is a constant demand for them; people see in them a way to unwind and forget about their troubles. They never should be taken too serious.
