The Flaws of The FastMuscles program By Rob Maraby
Listen I have to let you know FastMuscles is not perfect, for one it does not come as a glossy book!! It is printed in black ink; it comes fully illustrated with pictures...
And I do get returns, here is why! This program is the true way to build muscle, you see when someone comes from a normal environment where they train 3-4 times a week year after year and see little changes they believe that this is the only true way to train, they also see their favorite bodybuilding stars train 5-6 times a week!
So when they get FastMuscles and they see that they now have to train once a week they get confused and it does not seem right all of a sudden, I mean how can millions of people be wrong?
The same thing happened in Germany, the whole of Germany knew the Jews were being persecuted ...and because everyone knew everything was ok! People are like sheep they need to follow the herd...
Thus training once a week puts people of guard, now they have to explain to their buddies why they train so infrequently!
Listen you are in the gym to get results not socialize! So please do what it takes to build muscle and not what everyone else is doing!
Right now you can test this out for yourself, I want you to bench press 80% of your Max, take a note of it and I want you to take that one set to failure!
Once you do that do not bench press or train your chest until 8 days later
When you do see how much strength you have gained from that! You will be surprised!
And another point!- you see this bodybuilding field is full of scams! It is very easy for someone to get fat and lose weight and say he did it in 12 weeks and it is just as easy to take drugs and gain weight and say it was natural....it is also very easy to use photo shop to enhance photos!
So when I come across sites that claim that you can gain 100 pounds in 6 months I am very skeptical!
It proves that what you see is not what you get!
...here is what to look out for pin pointing scams
1. Is the picture too perfect...are the before and after photos perfect? Facts is the more imperfections you find in the picture the better, in other words if you have a picture testimonials of someone who is posing in a normal situation it is more credible- because it proves it has not been fixed! If on the other hand the picture is perfect think twice because it has been edited by photo shop!
2. Do you see a lot of actual picture testimonials? (Apart from the author who might have taken steroids?) The more picture testimonials you see the better. But remember these have to be photos of ordinary people and not models!
3. Are they preaching the same old way to build muscle, listen fact is the information in most programs are well organized free information! In other words you can get all this stuff from a magazine or on the internet...very few programs have medical journals and professional studies to build it! The rest are just recycled information! If that is so , it makes no sense to spend $97 for other wise free information
