Exfoliation is an integral part of the maintaining beautiful healthy skin. It is the process of scrubbing off dead skin cells to reveal and expose "younger," fresher skin. Exfoliators or skin sloughers, are speedy skin improvers.

Cell Renewal or Exfoliation is the process of removing the dead cells from the surface of the skin, face 'scrubs' make your skin smoother and brighter in seconds. It is the first step in cleaning of your face followed by washing your face with soap and finally moisturize your skin.

Exfoliation is the best way to keep youe skin healthy. It is important to choose a product that is very gentle so that the dermis do not scratch the skin. It is refers to the process of removing the skin surfaces debris.

How to Exfoliate your Skin:

Skin exfoliation will generally cause some mild irritation. One must be careful not to exfoliate excessively as it can cause skin that goes beyond irritated to inflamed.

There are many methods of facial exfoliation, but the best one is :Micro Derm Abrasion. Micro derm abrasion, involves using tiny crystals to loosen and remove dead skin cells.

The steps for exfoliation of skin includes as:-

    Firstly cleanse your face with water before exfoliate. A mixture of sugar and olive oil is used to rub your face. Then a mixture of oatmeal with water is used to make a paste and rub it gently to your face. After 10-15 minutes, rinse your face gently with tepid water. Hot water is harsh on skin, especially delicate face skin. Apply a moisture containing alpha or beta hydroxy acids. This acids cause additional dead skin cells to slough off. Try an exfoliating mask of papaya. The enzymes of this help exfoliate the skin. Rinse off thoroughly after 15 minutes.

Advantages of Exfoliation:

The possible advantages of exfoliation are as:-

    Exfoliation removes the skin's surface of any dirt or oil residue by rubing off the uppermost layer of dead skin cells. Exfoliation helps to stimulate and circulate lymph fluids which aid in the elimination of toxins. Exfoliation is used to eliminate the dead cells from the surface of your skin. It provides hydration to the skin, which tightens, smooths, tones and balances your skins texture. It provides the required moisturisation to the skin.
