Stretching with Your Golf Partner

If you want to improve your game you have got to be in condition to do the job.
Stretching is often an over looked part of the game by many golfers.
It’s all about the swing. If you’re stiff you won’t be able to consistently make your golf swing to your maximum potential. Stretching improves flexibility, which allows you to move your joints through their full range of motion. Flexibility is a key element of golf fitness; it can enhance physical performance and relieve muscle tension and stiffness. You should stretch after a warm-up and/or when cooling down after a workout, since it is easier and safer to stretch a warm muscle than a cold one. Warm-ups bring blood to the muscles and make injuries from stretching less likely.
Warm up first then stretch.
The golden bear of golf and girls starts with an 18 year old golf assistant. My favorite has blonde hair and blue eyes and looks just liked she stepped out of Vogue in or out of her sweat pants. The girl is crazy about the golden bear of seduction. Your author enjoys golf but he does not over look another game and that game is the playboy game. I have many beautiful young golf assistants. Life is about golf and GIRLS. What is success without golf and girls. Most men play golf but over look the real joys of living. Beautful young women. To prevent injury I have a ten minute warm up session with my 18 year old girlfriend which includes me on top, her on the bottom and various other exciting positions.
Afterwards I use light weight dumbbells just to give me a little arm strength.
After a good workout in bed with one of my favorite girlfriends then I am less likely to sustain an injury from the stretching exercises and my golf game.
I find the butterfly stretch quite exotic. (for adductor muscles in groin). Sit on floor, bringing heels together near groin and holding feet together by the ankles. Have your sexy 18 year old playmate partner gently push your knees down; hold for 5 seconds. Try to bring your knees upward as partner provides resistance. Relax, then have her gently push down again for a greater stretch. Repeat.
