Ionamin: Shackle to Tie Obesity

By Clarence Carter

If pot belly, hanging cheeks, accumulation of fat on the shoulders, thighs and hip is the features of your body then you may be suffering from obesity. These are the general features associated with obesity but deciding someone is an obese or does not rely on these general features. We are living in the world of accurate measurements where such a vague idea of general feature cannot lead us anywhere. Body mass index (BMI) is the true measurement for defining obesity; the person having BMI more than 27 comes under the category of an obese. Obesity and overweight are two different things, BMI higher than 23 is defined as overweight which means every obese is an overweight vice-versa is not always true. BMI is calculated by taking height, and mass of the person into consideration. The calculation of BMI is difficult; help of a doctor should be taken.

Body mass Index higher than 30 means an obese has become vulnerable to many severe and fatal diseases like heart failure, kidney failure, liver burst, and arthritis. Obesity is not an irreversible process which means you can get back the slim and trim figure. Only two things are needed to be done. Firstly, control your appetite as excessive intake of calories is the prime cause which is making you an obese. Secondly, burn that fat which is accumulated under your skin, with the help of proper exercising.

Ionamin can help you to have control over your appetite. This is an anorectic drug and anorectic drugs are always powerful appetite suppressants. This medication has Phentermine in a cationic resin form which means those who have some complication with Phentermine can also use this drug. Ionamin stimulates the working of hypothalamus gland which further controls of action of neurotransmitters. These neurotransmitters increase the rate of heart beats and blood pressure which means low appetite. Ionamin not only saves from harmful effects obesity but also it saves you from harmful effects of dieting.

The drug Ionamin is an oral prescription medication which means doctor's prescription is must for starting the use of Ionamin. The drug is a short-term medication generally taken for few weeks however doctor can decide the duration of dosages. Ionamin is available in the form of capsules of volume 15mg and 30mg. Generally doctor prescribes for one 30 mg capsule of Ionamin daily. Ionamin is effective only when it is taken on an empty stomach so it should be taken one hour before breakfast. The capsule should be swallowed with a glassful of plain water. Chewing, crushing and breaking of capsule can bring some harmful changes in the chemical matrix of Ionamin, so it must be avoided.

This medication may have some mild side effects like dizziness, dry mouth, anxiety, restlessness, stomach disorder and nausea. These side effects are mild generally disappear after the continuous use of the drug for few days.

Ionamin and doctor's prescription for it are easily available on online pharmacies. Online order is a better way to get Ionamin as by this method it generally comes on cheaper rate. Moreover, delivery of online Ionamin is made at your door steps.
