What every martial artist would like to know is what makes a
devastating fighter. And Businesses would also like to know what

Well the answer to both is simple, but not easy to achieve, it will

explain - in a confrontation be it in the dojo (training area), on the
street or in the boardroom, one must desire to win; when under

moves, good co-ordination, balance and awareness. That's why,
Training is important because you couldn't perform up to your full
capabilities if you are not in shape.
Although some people are endowed with few of these qualities,
most of these attributes can be developed through training.
