How to choose a good spy shop to buy spy equipment from

By Max Penn

Wether you are looking to buy hidden cameras, hidden microphones or any other type of surveillance gear, what you want is to buy from a good spy shop.

And I know many are concerned with this. I often hear people asking questions like "Where should I buy? Can I trust this particular online spy store? Are they really knowledgeable and giving good recommendations or are they only concerned with the dollar bills?"

Following are some tips on choosing a good merchant to do business with.

Afterall, you don't want to end up with the wrong spy device that doesn't do the job or cost more than it should...right?

Ok, here we go...

Secure transactions If you buy online you certainly want your personal and credit card information protected from prying eyes.

This is only possible with secure transactions that are encrypted through secure servers.

How do you know when a merchant is using secure servers? Look at the bottom right of the screen when on the order page for a little icon of a lock. When it's there it is safe.

If this merchant doesn't have secure servers, forget about doing business with them altogether and shop elsewhere.

Do they know what they're talking about? I don't know about you but I prefer buying from a place where they have good knowledge of their equipment and do not just rely on the manufacturer's technical papers.

Email them several questions and see what type of answers they give you. Asking for the comparison between two similar products, and asking which one would be better for your particular situation and needs is one way to find out.

Beware of the free shipping advertising trick Spy stores advertising free shipping usually inflates the price of their equipment to include the shipping fees. Nothing is free in this world my friend...

You are now in a better position to choose a good spy store to buy from. One that will recommend the right spy equipment for your surveillance needs.
