Online Poker: Winning big money tips

By Dalvin Rumsey

When it comes to winning big money by playing online poker, there are three major rules to play by. The first thing is to wisely choosing the table to play at, secondly is to knowing which the best place to sit is, and last but not least is living the table at the right moment.

Let us start by choosing the poker table. Of course you will say that the best table is the one with players that do not have a greater skill level than you. But how can you judge that? The answer is the statistics that appear when you are asked to choose the table you want to play at. From the information given, meaning the hands per hour, percentage of players seeing the flop, and average pot size, you can decide if that is a good table for you. Keep in mind the fact that the most important thing is the hands per hour piece of information, as that means that the money will come more quickly.

The size of the pot is another thing you should take into account. By the size of it, you can decide if that is an active or an passive table. Unfortunately, this is not a rule for cashing big money , as a passive table can be as good as an active one.
Lower limits are the best to look for. If the percentage of players seeing the flop is at least 30 at a table with 10 players, you can be sure that is a good table. Lower limits are the best to look for.

The stacks of the other players is also important. Serious players use to play with large amounts of money. But sometimes they may be sitting down at the table with small stacks in order to remain inconspicuous.

Positioning yourself at the online poker table is very important too. Watching the table for a while before sitting down may be a good idea in order to make an opinion about the players and see if a player is loose or tight. Always keep the strongest players on your right, as this way you can play after they do.

The worse thing that can happen when choosing the place to sit at the poker table is to have maniacs on your left , as they usually like to raise with little to back up. By the way the other players react to this sort of bets you can guess if they have good hands to call him.

Leaving the online poker table at the right moment is the most important thing to keep in mind. The question before every hand is somehow famous: „To leave or not to leave?
