The Mazda MX-5 is a popular vehicle in the auto market. Built in the Mazda Motor Corporation's Hiroshima plant in Japan, this sports car is also one of the most sought after vehicles. It is also marketed and known as the Mazda MX-5 Miata in the area of North America. However, it is simply known as the Mazda MX-5 in other auto markets like Oceania and Europe. The very first Mazda MX-5 was shown off during the Chicago Auto Show which was held on the 10th day of February in the year 1989.

It would soon be available this coming September. However, if you would like to own the soft top version of this sports car, you can purchase it for only $23,495. Both come as a Mazda MX-5 PRHT.
If you are concerned about the added weight of the hard top, you need not worry for the auto maker has already seen to it. The hard top is only around 77 pounds and the company has already made sure that the vehicle would be given adjustments so as to keep its performance well intact. The hardtop version of the Mazda MX-5 has been given shock absorbers that are firmer than the usual. The spring rates of this sports car are also higher. All these you can get with a vehicle that has a hardtop which can close or open in as fast as twelve seconds.
Indeed, it would not be surprising if this one becomes a big hit. Again.
