See yourself as a worthwhile person and be yourself.

Don't allow your HAPPINESS to be dependant upon what others think of you. If you do, then you are allowing other people to take control of you and your life.
Feel free to DO AS YOU WANT TO.
CHOOSE to be with people who PRAISE, ENCOURAGE and INSPIRE you.
Live according to YOUR VALUES.
Be TRUE to yourself
Be aware of the POSITIVE aspects re yourself.
Mix with HAPPY people.
Increase opportunities to put LAUGHTER into your life daily. Watching comedy films can be useful. Reading light hearted books is also of value.
MEMORY is powerful. Looking at photographs can evoke MEMORIES of pleasurable experiences and humorous events. Try sharing them with others and LAUGH aloud.
LAUGHTER is infectious .LAUGHTER increases endorphin levels so that you get that BUZZ or FEEL GOOD feeling.

TO SEE YOURSELF AS A WORTHWHILE PERSON does not mean that you have to be perfect, flawless or a success in the eyes of others. If you have made mistakes or have regrets that's fine .Just try to learn from these so as to avoid repeating the pattern.

BEING TRUE TO YOURSELF and SEEING YOURSELF AS A WORTHWHILE PERSON, INVOLVES
HAVING A SENSE OF PURPOSE.
Being FOCUSSED towards ACHIEVING HAPPINESS.
Not giving up when things go wrong or it gets tough .Be STRONG, RESILIENT, LEARN from past experience. Use LAUGHTER/ HUMOUR to help diffuse situations. Look for the POSITIVE aspects in everything and think CREATIVELY.
TAKE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Be in CONTROL.

SEEING YOURSELF AS A WORTHWHILE PERSON means ACCEPTING the things about yourself which you can't change. It also means MAKING the MOST of YOURSELF.
To MAKE the MOST of YOURSELF you require being SELF AWARE.SO INVEST IN YOU AND YOUR FUTURE.

Get to know yourself better!
Sometimes it can be helpful to have your own personal coach to help with this process. Make any changes required to optimise yourself.

This may involve paying attention to your DRESS SENSE.
EXERCISING to increase body tone, stamina, strength and flexibility.
Enhancing COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
Setting yourself GOALS and working towards seeing them fulfilled.
Exploring whether your VALUES are standing you in good stead or do they require to be CHANGED or MODIFIED.
Are you in employment which meets your needs?
Nutritional aspects to enhance PHYSICAL and EMOTIONAL health. Do you have a healthy WORK/ LIFE BALANCE?
Are your interests and friendships rewarding?



Stop JUDGING yourself
Stop COMPARING yourself with others you will do this disfavourably.
Remember YOU are UNIQUE.
