Mobile phone has changed the whole technology industry with the upcoming trend of hot ringtones, screensavers, faceplates and embedded mp3 players or cameras. Today mobile market is over flooded with new models of camera phones.
Even the internet is full of pictures from everyday life of millions of camera phone users but most of the times the images taken from camera phones are low in quality because of the fact that camera phone technology is still developing and that their features are often limited. But another fact behind it is the photographic technique used by budding camera phone photographers.
Tips to incorporate into your routine to take pictures from your camera mobile phones:
1. You should use the highest resolution possible on your camera mobile phone because the highest the resolution is the more clear is the picture. It is very true for camera phones that often have censors of less than 1 mega pixel in them but you should remember that high resolution increases the size and therefore also the time needed to send photographs.
2. You can edit the images after some time with the inbuilt editing effects and you can also edit these into your computer that produces much better quality images. You should take the shots in color at a high resolution with options open so that you can treat it later. You can change the images into black and white if it had been taken in color but not vice versa.
3. The better lit your subject is the clearer your image is likely to be. If possible try to shoot outside or turn on lights while you shoot inside. Take care that different lights impact the color in your images differently.
4. Most of the times the camera phone images is that their subject ends up being a tiny, unrecognizable object from the distance. The pictures taken from a camera phone always tend to be smaller due to small resolution therefore you should fill up your view finder with your subject to save having to zoom in on the subject in editing later.
5. You should not use your digital zoom when you take the picture because if the zoom feature is installed it will actually decrease the quality of your shot to use your digital zoom and you can always edit the shot later on by using a photo editing software.
6. You should keep your mobile phone steady when you have taken the shot as it will bring you clearer images especially in low light situations.
7. You can take loads of shots and experiments quickly without any cost.
8. You can learn some basic composition rules but remember that the beauty of a camera phone is its ability to break all conventions.
