Investment in Gurgaon Profitable

By Michaelle Sui

The Real Estate India market has witnessed an enormous growth rate in a small span of time and is still growing Today, investment in residential property, commercial property and moreover in software and IT related industries are profitable.

The returns in this sector are more profitable than even stocks, mutual funds, fixed deposits or any other investment schemes and this has been made possible by the home loan facilities offered by banks and financial institutions. Corporate Houses as well as individuals have availed these loans to invest in real estate.

Due to the ample job opportunities that the IT and the IT related industries offer, the power to purchase in big metros and cities has gone up. The high and still flourishing rate of the real estate sector growth is very clearly seen in the metros and even in the suburb of Gurgaon, the commercial capital of Haryana, also fondly called "India's Singapore".

Gurgaon has been the chosen destination of the MNCs from all sectors and this has been leading in the software and IT related firms. Almost all the big BPO companies are here. This infrastructure has therefore created a huge requirement for commercial and even residential properties.

In the requirements of an office for good infrastructure, accessibility and value for money; and as a result of this, the demand for good residential accommodation, within everyone's pocket, Gurgaon has it all! Still there is room for further improvement and a lot is happening to make it a global rage. This would then further enhance the demand and attract more of the large MNCs and corporate houses to invest further making it a huge source of revenue for the government.

The Indian government has also done a lot to promote the real estate market by giving incentives to NRIs and allowing the FDI or Foreign Direct Investment. All the efforts have made it possible for the market to flourish in an organized manner and generate a lot of revenue for the Indian economy.

Investment in Gurgaon has thus emerged as very profitable and the returns are high and expected to go even higher every year.
