How to Mold your Web Page Layout with your Fate

By John Yenski

You may say that "most web page layouts are look alike." Yes, this is true. But, why some web pages will draw people to buy and others will not? Goggle has published a heat map that shows web page layout. Most web pages on the Internet follow this heat map and this is the reason that most web pages are alike.

Yes, with so many web pages on the Internet, it is very difficult to draw people to your site. But, when people visited your site, you must have the means to keep them there and purchase your products. This is where your income and profits are.

Of course, to keep visitors' interest and attract them to purchase, you need good web site design, good contents and good products. However, there is a little Chinese secret on location and direction that may also help you to keep the attention of visitors and to attract them to purchase your products. This secret is called FENGSHUI. Oriental people have been using FENGSHUI for thousands of years. They use FENGSHUI to locate and arrange the direction of tombs, to layout houses, to layout offices, and to layout anything to get them a little edge over others.

It does not mean that the web page layouts that use of FENGSHUI will guarantee that you will make good money with your web pages. You still need other things, such as search engine optimization, good web site design, good contents and good products. But, when everything is equal, or even not as good, the use of Chinese FENGSHUI web page layout may give you a little extra edge and may help you generate more sales. Here I will use an old Chinese saying: "It is better to believe than not to believe". That is, the use of Chinese FENGSHUI web page layout will remove your mental handicap and give you confidence in yourself. Just this alone, it is beneficial to you.

Based on the FENGSHUI theorem, for each person, there are 4 good zones (or lucky zones) and 4 bad zones (or unlucky zones) and 1 money zone. The selection of these zones is based on your fate.

For a good and lucky web page layout, you should place the shopping cart, order mechanism, and the products you are currently promotion inside the money zone. You should place your logo, brand name, trademarks, important items and important contents in the lucky zones. And you should place other secondary and unimportant information in the unlucky zone.

You can use the FENGSHUI concept while you are designing your web page at the beginning. Or, you can also make minor adjustment for better FENGSHUI to your existing web pages without making major changes. Interested in more on how to apply FENGSHUI theorem to your web page layout?
