Radar Detector Jammer

By Rick Kelly

Radar Detector Jammer
A radar detector is something all drivers can resort to when they are in a hurry to get somewhere. Radar detectors are something that drivers use to get where they need to be faster without having to pay speeding tickets. One of the most effective devices used by drivers is the radar detector jammer.

To understand how a radar detector jammer can help you avoid getting speeding tickets, you have to understand the technology.

Radar detectors came into use in the 1970s. Since then, they became popular car accessories used worldwide. Most radar detectors have a radio receiver that picks up the signal emitted by police radar and gives out acoustic alert signs to warn you of the presence of the police radar. All you have to do is slow down. However, radar detectors have some disadvantages. First, they pick up many radio waves from burglar alarms or automatic door openers that use the same frequencies as police radars and this means many false alarms. Second but more importantly, radar detectors may alert you too late about the presence of police radar and that makes it almost impossible for you to slow down in time to avoid a speeding ticket.

Radar laser detectors are more advanced than radar detectors as they are much more sensitive and they can provide warning about police radars in the area much quicker. However, radar laser detectors have some big disadvantages because of their high sensitivity. The function of radar laser decoders can be disrupted by too much sunlight or by the heavy traffic between the police radar and your radar laser detector. Your radar laser detector may be useless if the road has many curves and hills.

A radar detector jammer doesn't have any of these problems. Unlike radar detectors and radar laser detectors, a radar detector jammer not only gives warning about the presence of police radar, but it also uses its own radio transmitter to give out a jamming signal that interferes with the police radar signal and it makes it impossible for the policemen to accurately determine your speed. A radar detector jammer is able to transmit signals on all police radar frequencies (X band, K band and Ka band). A radar detector jammer is a combination between a classical radar detector and a radar jammer that ensures you won't have to pay any speeding tickets again.

Also, radar detector jammers made in the United States meet all Federal Communications Commission's rules and regulations. The quality of a radar detector jammer is important when you need to get somewhere in a hurry and don't have the time or money for a speeding ticket.
