Who are your prospect clients? Families consisting of a working mom and dad. Surely, these families don't have time to go through making a list of what they need at home, deal with the traffic in going to the grocery store and wait for the long line at the counter. With your delivery home business , they can just go on with their busy schedule and all of the consumable products that they need at home, from canned foods, soap, toothpaste, shampoo and other necessities, will be by taken care of by you and delivered right to their doorstep.
Make a brochure of the products that you will be offering. On each product presentation, you may include the features of particular brands because some clients may ask why one brand is more advantageous compared to other brands. Naturally, some of your clients would be asking for a particular brand that their family has been using for years, but the product is not included in your brochure. You can always add that brand the next time you go purchase their orders.
What you will need your clients to do is check the goods that they want in your brochure and send it to your office. They can also check your on-line list of product offerings, or they can simply give you a call while you take down notes of the products that they need. This can actually make both of your lives a whole lot easier.
Make a delivery schedule. It may be twice a week or daily, depending on your quantity of clients. Take note of the dates that your customers want their orders to be delivered. Make an organizer and highlight the particular dates of your delivery schedule. You can also make an organized folder of the list of your clients. This will make it easier for you to check on their orders and contact them. Never miss an appointment or you'll lose that client.
