Many people may claim to be qualified to do the procedure, when in fact their experience lies mostly in body tattoos. A patient can speak with friends and colleagues to see if anyone knows of someone who is reputable. If the patient wishes to be more discreet, then they can contact a plastic surgeon's office or the local academy of plastic surgeons to see who they recommend.
