Frozen in Fear

There are all kinds of fear…The one that comes to mind that is all in your mind is fear of public speaking. We are talking today about fear that is only in your mind such as in the case of public speaking or meeting and picking up women.
Needless to say we are not talking about fear of things that can really harm you such as the fear of a snake for example.
What we are talking about is a fear of approaching hot available women. Don't feel all bad if you can not control this terrible fear. You are fighting hormonal and neurochemical responses in the brain. Your fear can be a REAL. Let me give you an example. The horror of horrors…The panic attack. If you have never experienced one, believe me you don't want to know the agony and pain of one of these.

"Conquering" fear does not mean destroying it. When you conquer something, you take control of it and become its master. No one can ever completely destroy fear, and why should you? It is still a part of your defense mechanism whether you like it or not. It is built in to your nervous system.
